Art of Lovemaking - Daily Tip
Today's lovemaking tip is about...
Aphrodisiacs - Give Your Libido a Boost
In this day and age, we seem to be fixated on larger, longer and more intense. This isn't a bad thing necessarily; but sometimes the methods to achieve such goals tend to be quite extreme.
But there are ways to gain and maintain pleasure without pricey
prescription drugs (or their more natural knock-offs). These are
aphrodisiacs - foods, scents and even sights - that help boost
sexual arousal. Though there are "standard" aphrodisiacs out
there, the goal of any good aphrodisiac is to make the two of
you hot for one another.
Though some people swear to the effectiveness of aphrodisiacs,
their real power is their impact on the mind - and the mind is
the greatest sex organs around. When the mind is stimulated,
some wonderful things can take place in the bedroom.
The food aphrodisiacs are thought to enhance certain sexual qualities. Some of the time-honored treats include chocolate ( thanks to the ingredient in this that raises serotonin levels in the brain). Chocolate can be better enjoyed when it's squeezed from a bottle and onto your lover's body, then slowly licked clean.
Or try an aphrodisiac scent such as musk, which is commonly thought to mimic the smell of testosterone, thereby turning women on.
This lesson takes you through the ins and outs of aphrodisiacs, discussing why and how they work, and suggesting specific foods or scents you might want to try on your own.
This tip is taken from Lesson 44 of the Art of Lovemaking course.
