Art of Lovemaking - Daily Tip
Today's lovemaking tip is about...
Lovemaking From Behind - Anal Sex
Among western society (specifically, the United States), anal sex is considered the sole province of homosexuals and something that "normal" heterosexuals wouldn't dream of doing.
And in some parts of the United States, there are actually laws on the book prohibiting anal sex.
But anal sex has long been a part of erotic play and sexual
practices among heterosexual couples. Also consider that there's
more to anal sex than simply shoving a penis or phallus into
the anus and going at it. Much like the genitalia, full
penetration into the anus doesn't need to take place to provide
pleasure. For many people, stimulation of the anal rim can be
highly arousing.
Before trying anal sex, it's important for both you and your
partner to discuss it thoroughly and to make sure you're
comfortable with the idea. If you are, make sure you take things
slow and steady. Take the time to arouse each other with touches,
kisses and caresses. Once fully aroused, the receiving partner
(generally the female) should either lie on her side or get up on
her hands and knees. As the man, you can start by stimulating
her anal rim with a finger (or even a small vibrator). The rim
of the anus has many nerve endings, and when touched gently,
these can add to arousal. But make sure your finger is well
lubricated and that she's relaxed and ready before you move on
to the next step...
This lesson describes, in step-by-step detail, how to derive the most enjoyment from anal sex by moving slowly and carefully. The lesson also emphasizes the need for communication and discussion both before and during the act.
