Art of Lovemaking - Daily Tip
Today's lovemaking tip is about...
Self-Pleasuring in Front of Your Partner
Self-pleasuring helps you release sexual tension when you're by
yourself. It also your most erotic (and sometimes most wanton)
behavior to someone else; your lover.
In addition to being a huge turn-on for some people, self- pleasuring is instructional. Because you know your body's trigger points the best, your partner can study your movements while you work on yourself, learning what arouses you and what will drive you to passion.
Sometimes people are somewhat shy when it comes to masturbating
in front of others, which is perfectly understandable. One way
to help with this is to wear a blindfold during the practice,
which will help you focus on your own body's sensations, while
diminishing the risk of being distracted by your partner.
If you are to self-pleasure in front of your lover, lie down, find a comfortable position and touch yourself slowly. Don't head straight for the genitals, rather, build arousal leisurely, touching your chest, nipples and inner thighs. As you caress yourself, keep in touch with your feelings. Also feel free to talk, moan or sigh.
This lesson teaches you and your partner the best way to self-pleasure and what you can expect from this experience. The lesson also takes you beyond any discomfort you might be feeling when it comes to masturbating in front of your lover.
This tip is taken from Lesson 39 of the Art of Lovemaking course.
