Art of Lovemaking - Daily Tip
Today's lovemaking tip is about...
Sensory Awareness
We typically take our five senses - hearing, taste, smell, touch and sight - for granted.
We don't pay focused attention to our senses. But it is awakening the senses that makes the Art of Lovemaking so special.
When you're attuned to the whole range of your senses, lovemaking becomes that much more exciting and fulfilling.
To picture the link between sensory awareness and sensual lovemaking, try this visualization. Think about eating a grape, paying full attention to your awareness of this fruit. Revel in the soft, round texture of the grape as your lips are on it, inhale its sweet sense, then feel the springiness of the skin as you bite down into it to savor the juice. When you pay attention to this grape, your body experiences a whole host of wonderful sensations that add to enjoyment of eating.
Now picture yourself paying full attention to your lover in the
same way, taking the time to inhale his or her scent, to revel
in the texture of your lover's skin, to experience his or her
taste (and even to bite down gently, if your partner enjoys it).
With this little visual example, you see how boosting your
sensory awareness - and flooding yourself with wonderful sensory
impressions - can really help boost your sexual experience
together.
In this lesson, you'll receive tips on how to awaken the five senses of smell, touch, taste, sight and sound - and you'll find out how rousing these senses can help lead to a wonderfully erotic and memorable lovemaking experience.
This tip is taken from Lesson 10 of the Art of Lovemaking course.
