The previous comment should help, if it doesn't, speak to your husband as soon as you can when the children are in bed or out of the house. The only way you can avoid permanently hurting his feelings is to make it clear that you're not blaming him just trying to avoid future problems that boring marriage sex can cause(his feeling may be hurt even when you have been careful about what you're saying, sometims can't be helped). If you can't resolve it by talking, maybe you need to get outside materials that deal with the issue or go for some counselling with a professional who knows what they're doing. First of all, what you are describing pretty much summarizes the problem every married woman I have ever met has had at one point. Of course you deserve to have an incredible sex life! Everyone does. The key is to make it a priority. That may mean literally scheduling a time in black and white. Some other suggestions I have are purchasing some lingerie. If you feel sexy, you?ll want to have sex. Also, work on your marriage. It?s hard to lust after someone you hate. The ultimate aphrodisiac is a good relationship. Good luck!
