Trying to better our sex life

Me and my husband have been having sex promblems. He only now seems to enjoy me giving him oral sex, and we go months with me doing this and he dosen't ever want to do anything else.
Seems he never wants to have sex or to please me. When I tell him I want to - he says he is too tired and I am only thinking of myself, that he works all day.
He just wants me to only please him.
We sometimes go 3 months without doing anything but me giving him oral sex almost every day.

How do I get him to do other things.
When I bring up the subject he can get really mad.
